Shipping Methods
All items ship from our warehouse in California. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or FedEx Home Delivery.
We ship with Authority to Leave and you accept that your parcel will be left in a safe place at the address used at Checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses used at Checkout. If you require Signature on Delivery, please request this in your order notes. We will email you a dispatch notification, notice of delivery on the day of delivery and notification that your parcel has been delivered. If your order has been marked as delivered and the courier has provided POD, we accept no liability if you are not home to receive your order or your order is stolen from your premises. PLEASE ENUSRE YOU TRACK YOUR PARCEL ONCE IT LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE.
Any fees incurred as a result of an incorrect address used at checkout will be charged through to you.
Estimated Delivery Times
We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout based on the items in your order and your location. Please note, if you order multiple items, they may arrive in multiple shipments.
Our estimated delivery timeframes are not a guarantee, they are our best guess based on carrier information available at the time of booking.
Shipping Costs:
Standard shipping is $9.95.
Oversize and freight shipping surcharges may apply to some items due to their size and weight regardless of the purchase amount.
Any fees as a result of incorrect shipping addresses or return to sender fees will be charged to the end customer.
Cancellations:
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any further changes to the order.
Sales Tax:
We collect sales tax in states as governed by the individual state laws.
